How can I wash my reusable mask?

Hand wash your wash with lukewarm water at 30 degrees. Use a mild soap and dry flat.

What are the shipping delays?

We prepare  your order within 2-3 business days. For Canada, please allow 2-5 business days for standard shipping.

For orders less than 10 pieces, we ship with Canada Post without tracking number. If you need a tracking number, please contact us before placing your order. Any delay with Canada Post, we do not guarantee.

For USA, transit time is 2-5 business days after shipping. All US orders are shipped with a tracking number provided by USPS.

What are the materials used for the making of your masks?

We use 2 layers of cotton for the making of our masks. The inside layer is made of cotton flannel.

Are your masks adjustable?

The ear straps of our masks are made of cotton and lycra for an absolute confort. You can adjust the length of the straps by tying the knots for a perfect fit. 

Is there a filter included in your masks?

Our masks don't include a pocket for a filter.

Do you offer different sizes for your masks?

Our masks are one size and fit both adults and teenagers. Width is 18 cm (7 inches), height is 8 cm (3 inches) and 15 cm (6 inches) when expanded.

Do you accept returns?

The masks are on final sale and cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
